Service Fees
Rocket ROI's service fees (management/consulting fees) are separate from advertising spend paid directly to platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. This policy applies only to Rocket ROI's service fees.
Onboarding/Setup Fees
Any one-time onboarding or account setup fees, once work has commenced (including account audits, campaign structuring, or strategy development), are non-refundable.
Monthly Retainer Cancellations
Clients on a monthly retainer may cancel services with a minimum of 15 days' written notice via email to info@rocketroi.in. Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, but no further charges will apply after the notice period ends.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if Rocket ROI fails to deliver agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., campaign setup, reporting) within the timeline specified in the client agreement, through fault of Rocket ROI. Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with ad performance results, as outlined in our "No Guaranteed Results" clause in the Terms & Conditions.
How to Request a Refund/Cancellation
To request a cancellation or raise a refund concern, email info@rocketroi.in with your business name and engagement details. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
